Refund policy

At Clinicly Inc., all products are made-to-order, specialized wellness equipment. As such, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Clinicly Inc. are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges for preference, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Delays related to manufacturing, logistics, or freight delivery
  • Incorrect assumptions about product specifications, certifications, or compatibility
  • Failure to review product details or policies prior to purchase

2. No Returns and No Refunds

Clinicly Inc. does not accept returns for any product.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Delivered orders
  • Delayed orders
  • Refused shipments
  • Returned-to-carrier or returned-to-sender shipments
  • Custom or non-custom units

Once payment is made, the transaction is non-reversible.


3. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items Only

While all sales are final, replacement units or replacement parts may be provided only if a product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo and video documentation showing:
    • Exterior packaging
    • Any visible damage
    • Functional issues, if applicable

After review and verification, Clinicly Inc., at its sole discretion, may:

  • Replace damaged components
  • Replace the unit
  • Provide repair or corrective support

No refunds will be issued in place of a replacement.


4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

All products are shipped using third-party freight and logistics providers.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.
Clinicly Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Storage or redelivery fees
  • Customs delays or inspections

Shipping and freight fees are non-refundable.


5. Policy Acknowledgment

This policy is:

  • Linked at checkout
  • Available on our website
  • Included in invoices and payment links

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Claims of non-review do not void this agreement.


6. Legal & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Wyoming jurisdiction.
