1. Order Process and Forward Delivery

All products sold by Clinicly Inc. are custom-manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Production begins only after full payment is received.Estimated delivery timeframe is 30 to 60 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. You will receive order updates and tracking information when available.By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • This is a forward-sale transaction
  • Manufacturing begins after payment
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to production, logistics, customs, or carrier factors

2. Electrical Compliance Disclaimer

⚠️ Important NoticeThis product is CE-certified and operates on standard 110V power (plug-and-play).
It does not carry UL, ETL, or CSA certification.It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to confirm with their local authority, landlord, insurer, or building inspector whether this equipment is permitted for commercial use in their jurisdiction.By completing a purchase, you accept full responsibility for local code compliance, approvals, and installation requirements.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the made-to-order and forward-sale nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Clinicly Inc. does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns under any circumstance once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Delays in manufacturing, shipping, customs, or freight delivery
  • Failure to review product details, specifications, certifications, or policies prior to purchase
  • Refused deliveries or shipments returned to the carrier

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including:
  • Delayed delivery
  • Refused or returned shipments
Once payment is made, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

No Returns

Clinicly Inc. does not accept physical returns of any kind.
Products sent back without prior written authorization will be rejected and do not constitute a reversal of sale.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Units Only

While all sales are final, repair or replacement may be provided solely in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.To qualify for a replacement or repair:
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo and video documentation must be provided showing the packaging, the unit, and the issue
  • The claim must be reviewed and approved by Clinicly Inc.
If approved, Clinicly Inc. may, at its sole discretion:
  • Repair the unit or affected components, or
  • Replace the unit or affected components
No refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued under any circumstance.This section supersedes any prior or conflicting language related to refunds, returns, or cancellations.

4. Warranty Coverage

Each product includes a 4-Year Limited Warranty, covering:
  • Factory defects
  • Operational failure under normal usage
This warranty does not cover:
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
All warranty claims are processed through Clinicly Inc. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve eligible claims.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clinicly Inc. is not responsible for:
  • Injury, property damage, or business loss resulting from use or installation
  • Regulatory enforcement or penalties related to electrical certification status
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
By purchasing, you release Clinicly Inc. from liability related to installation compliance, misuse, or third-party actions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Wyoming jurisdiction.
