All units are **made-to-order** and manufactured specifically for each customer after payment is received.

  
- **Total Delivery Time:** 20-35 business days from the time of order

You will receive:
- A confirmation email after purchase  
- A shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped

We currently ship to:
- **United States**
- **Canada**
- Select **international destinations** (contact us before ordering if outside North America)

For international buyers:  
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are **not included** in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We work with trusted freight and logistics providers such as **DHL Freight, FedEx Freight, and other commercial carriers** depending on your region.

Products are delivered **curbside only** unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that your location is accessible for large-item delivery.

- Buyer must ensure **someone is available to receive and sign** for the delivery
- Please inspect the item upon arrival

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may void eligibility for warranty claims or shipping insurance.

If delivery fails due to:
- Inaccessible location  
- Buyer absence  
- Incorrect address

Refused deliveries are not eligible for automatic refunds. Contact us before refusing any shipment to avoid return and restocking charges.
